koya-dofu-- freeze-dried tofu

5. fukujin-zuke--sweet and sour pickles for curry (like chutney)
6. shichi-mi--seven spice mix
7. nori sembei--rice crackers wrapped in nori seaweed
8. shiro-kikurage--dried jellyfish
9. kaki-mochi sembei--deep fried rice crackers made from mochi rice
10. katsuo-bushi--dried bonito flakes (other than soup: good over rice, with
steamed spinach and soy sauce)
11. wakame-- seaweed
12. ko-ebi--dried baby shrimp (for okonomiyaki or as furikake,, lots of
calcium!))
13. goma sembei--sesame rice crackers
14. wasabi sembei wasabi--wasabi rice crackers
15. hoji-cha--roasted green tea
16. harusame--bean thread noodles
17. tsumami-- dried squid (as is, with drinks)
18. katsu-bushi--dried bonito flakes
19. mabo-dofu mabo--spicy tofu mix (add water and tofu)
Empty sauce packet into a saucepan, add 180 ml water and heat. Empty
cornstarch packet into a small glass, add 15 ml cold water and stir. Mix
into sauce. Cut one tofu block into small squares and add to heated mixture.
Simmer until hot. Spoon over rice.
